Dear L.T.L,
thanks for your 'heads-up'. Yes, we are facing several ...ah, challenges... on several fronts, and this continuing situation in Colorado is one of the more severe.
We continue to watch, (lurk, if you will) and inform the legislators as to our needs as much as possible...
