In 1978 (I think) the PV track got torn up and the PV cars were stored on the former carshop lead. I have shots taken in June of switching the PV's back around the loop.
When I came back in August, construction had begun Mickey D's.
The old PV track tied into the loop as it headed north and west toward 6th St. When the loop was rebuilt in 1968, they tied it into the new loop. The switch was where the D&S Commissary building is now.
