Sounds like my posts never sank in. The FRA must be blind when it comes to ng track. NG track specification is not in the law the FRA enforcers; therefore they are out of jurisdiction to even look down over what they ride over on narrow gauge track. There authority is over SG track and that took a decade of meetings, public hearing and law reviews before those measurements were agreed upon. Or I just fell for you juicy

And the FRA has no jurisdiction to look at steam boilers on the Rotarys, steam derricks, or other steam powered work equipment. Work equipment did not conduct transportation, did not carry commerce, and therefore did not come under ICC nor FRA.
