yes Former Westside #14 is a soak boiler, however, shay locomotive power generation falls under a slightly different catagory than a rod locomotive like the 9, 30 or even GLRR 40. So pulling a 9 car train at speed, which I have done with her, is not the challange it would be for a soak engine like the 346 of a 4% grade.
