I can't find the "Swatch."

I'm not positive that the gentelmen sitting on the first flat are band members or not. My first reaction was to say so, but the machine gunners made me wonder if they were just carring rifles to show how troops could be transported.
There is however atleast a 3 man band standing, at-ease, infront of the stands. All three are facing the train, the nearest one is holding his instrument at waist level under his left arm. Possibly a Suszaphone.

While I cannot say for certain that it's not a still from a movie, I continue to find it unlikly. It could be a film made in the second half of the twentyith century.
I still feel that the lighting is wrong for anything except for shots of the crowd, and that the posistion of the camera is poor. If this is a post 1930 event then I would also have to add that the exposure is poor given the avaliable technology.
I'm not getting a 1.85:1 ratio either...I'm getting 1.27:1 (1948X1530 pixcles - white boarder clipped off) Which is rather close to the old film standard of 1.33:1
