Hmm, this will be a challenge. DRGW to Grand Jct, RGW to SLC....hmmm, who was going to built a narrow gauge line across Nevade...let's try Crocker's California & Nevada via Sonora Pass, barge to Sausalito, and voila we got the cars home. By the way, Mill Valley used to have a nice four rail yard....yes, FOUR rails. Three rails for standard and narrow, and a fourth for power for the suburban cars. And shays for the Mount Tam railway. Yeah, I know some places had more rails, but no shays.
