Well Mik,
This idea was thought of in 1997 for the rotary run. The idea was that a balloon was going to be tethered to the caboose of the rotary train. There was even talk of folks paying for an hour or so in the balloon as I remember. I know there were a whole bunch of folks who paid to find out info on the Rotary run, who were might unhappy when they heard about this idea, but luckily something happened and the balloon didn't. However, I do remember that it was there, since the ballon and owner stayed at our motel for a couple of nights. Earl brought this up as a response to my April fools post a couple of weeks ago. By the way...Happy Friday The 13th everyone!
