Okay, lets see, if I get everyone on this board to chip in who wants a tape, that would be 20 guys at $300.00 per tape, or $6,000.00. That should cover a day or two of shooting. Now factor in that I want to make a buck, the price goes up from there <img class=

One problem with copters for railfan stuff is sound. A old friend of mine(a stretch) Bob Lyndal
was using a chopper to shoot 611 in the rat hole on the old Southern. When I said that he was screwing up the audio of the poor sods who hiked into Nemo(I wasn't there on that trip)tunnel, his comment was that his chopper was equipped with Whisper Mode. Thats the kind I want for the C&TS, so we can still hear the engines working through the gorge. Right on dude! smiling smiley
