I would think that you wouldn't want passengers going through the RPO baggage areas to get to other parts of the train. If its on the end, thats one thing though that would not affect things.
Question for Trent. When they ran the train to Dulce, did they run back tender first, or was there a wye for turning the engine in Dulce? Also was this simply an out and back deal, or did they have to wait around to stay on the old San Juan Schedule?
