Re: Question about C&TSRR 2005

Please remember all the above is simply speculation regarding the schedule next year. If you are planning a definite time for a trip, I would suggest contact the C&TS for the OFFICIAL schedule. However, I doubt it is anywhere near ready at this point, and may depend upon the 488 and having 3 servicable engines next year. If thats the case, we may see the same schedule that we had in 2004, but its only speculation. We'll know probably in early January I suspect.
As for lodging, there is plenty in Chama, just make reservations ahead of time. Antonito has one motel essentially, but I prefer to stay in Chama, even if it means taking a bus to Antonito in the morning to catch the train back to Chama...which is the way I want to do it next time!
