Revisionist History Already!!

Here it come folks! I can't say I didn't expect it but I AM surprised at how quickly it started (seeing as how there are still 8 days left of operations with the GLR Inc.)!
First, we have people saying that the GLR Inc. has been "badmouthing" the CHS all season and "deliberately sabotaging" efforts to continue with another carrier and that "...the GLR Inc. arrogantly thought that they were the only game in town...." Then we have the erroneous statement, "The GLR Inc. chose not to submit an alternate RFP which they then could have used as a basis for negotiations" which is a subtle but significantly DIFFERENT spin on the events as they actually happened!
Now we have people posting annonymously saying that they are in a position to know what REALLY is happening but can't divulge their identity (for reasons which escape me!) laying the blame for this at the feet of Mark Greska!! This is rich!
There is indeed something going on between Mark Greska and Lee Behrens! I'd be willing to bet that they don't like each other very much but let's have a reality check: Mark Greska is the son-in-law of the Ashbys and is also the CEO for the GLR Inc. (to the best of my knowledge). He is not some flunky that the Ashbys hired to work for them and then proceeded to destroy everything that they have accomplished through his incompetence as your "spin" would have us believe. He is FAMILY! His interests are just as real and just as strong as Lindsey and Rosa's ever were! When those of us here speak of the GLR Inc. we are speaking about Mark Greska, the Ashbys and every employee connected with this fine operation!! Nice try but it aint gonna fly!
Of course the spin machine is "reving up" into high gear in full "CYA Mode"! Attention is desperately trying to be diverted from Lee Behrens's actions as well as the recent decisions by the CHS's leadership over this issue (this whole thing reminds me of Washington politics!) but we haven't seen anything yet!
IF the Loop can be saved (and I DO hope that the Loop will somehow survive) it will NOT be through the efforts of the CHS alone! Ron Trottier and Railstar will have to assume the lion's share of the burden! Unfortunately they will be starting from an infinitely worse position than did GLR Inc! If and when this operation fails will the CHS admit that they were responsible? More than likely the "revisionist history" will already have been written.
