It seems that prioritys are set differently. Seems some pieces get put together very quickly while perhaps less popular ones sit. I have been patiently waiting for 191 to be cosmeticly restored since I first saw her in the early 70s. I don't buy the excuse that the boiler will disintigrate after a jacket is back on. I'm very confident that there is a solution to that problem. I also understand that politics kept 318 up on block for two decades. The museum has done some amazing and wonderful things, but 191 is one of the oldest engines in Colorado and deserves better.
