This whole process is beginning to smell like a variation of the theme that brought the CATS Black Bart. They had to choose amongst a passle of evils. So they took the lesser. The C&TS is still suffering from that debacle.
Does the Loop have a savior in the equivalent form of the Friends of the C&TS who has the wherewithal to step in and pick up the pieces when the Loop craters?
