It should be interesting to see what the Legislature has to say when the CHS presents them with the supplimental appropriations to pay for all this. I'd like to think they'd be shocked and tell the CHS to figure it out on their own, maybe offer to sell the loop to Ashby / Greska, but they'll probably just close Adams (or some other) State College and pay it.
