In this 1935 John Barringer photo, the siding was clearly on the same side (west) of the main track as the Tiffany Mercantile:

Also, the depot (grounded boxcar) is on the
east side of the tracks. This all lines up with the ICC map.
Also, the telegraph/telephone pole line is on the west side of the main track.
Now look at this 1966 Ernie Robart photo:

The siding is on the same side of the main track as the pole line, meaning the west side, same as the Tiffany Mercantile. So I have to agree there is
no evidence of a spur on the east side of the main track.
Curiously, there IS a cattle loading pen chute/ramp at Tiffany on the
east side of the track showing even today on Google Maps.
See: [

And that ramp is just northwest of the big barn visible in many Tiffany photos: [

That barn is looking a bit bedraggled these days, but it almost certainly is the same one shown in earlier photos in pristine condition. While that cattle ramp/chute was likely used as a truck loading ramp, its position close to the tracks could get one . . .
wondering.
As John West's great Tiffany photo in post #1 is way up the thread, I have linked it here also.
Note the relationship of the big barn, siding, and pole line. I think that some of the 'gray sticks'
just to the left of the big barn are probably the cattle pen/chute/ramp.
