The USGS topo looks identical to the ICC to me. Highly unlikely there was a spur, the ICC maps (originating from 1920s) were surveyed legal records of the right-of-way and property, and the D&RGW kept them up-to-date with the hand drawn AFE notes of changes. If a spur was added, it would be shown.
The stock pens were not much more than sticks in the ground so very little would be visible 65 years later. LIDAR photos might show something that satellites are blind to.
