I agree that the ICC map doesn't match up with the aerial photo image in my post, but the aerial photo image does seem to match up with the hand drawn map posted by GuyFontaine in post #1.
I do not have any direct knowledge to explain the difference, but perhaps, later, the siding in the ICC map was removed and a spur on the east side of the main was installed.
Below is a USGS 1968 topo map of Tiffany:
That topo matches up fairly well with the hand-drawn map, apparently better than the ICC map.
If the ICC map was correct when drawn, one could speculate that perhaps the outside switch on the curved track turned out to be a problem, and that lead to changes. Just speculation, of course!
