I'd shop around with other insurers.
Just tell them you want to insure your property.
Answer all the questions they ask.
Don't volunteer information on anything they do not ask about.

I would assume they think the 15" live steam with 1/2 mile of track is fire risk.

You could also talk with your agent with your current company if you have one.
