For the record. 491's tank was sold off or cut up. 491 now has 499's tank. Incidentally, what did 491 use for a tank at the end. 494's tank was probaly wearing out in 1955 when 496 was cut up, so a swap of tanks was made. 499 now has 498's tank. Does anyone know the extent of damage to the tenders of 497 and 498 when they derailed at Cumbres? This could be the key to all of the switcheroos from the early 60's on.
