That's odd, in my dealings with the C&TS ticket office over the phone has always been positive, and especially this year. When I made my initial Rattler reservations for the 25th, and when I changed it to the 24th. In addition, when making my Rattler change, I also made reservations for the caboose on the 10/23 Brunch Train. All over the phone and the ticket person was very helpful. I also got a call about the 463 subbing for the 168 on the Brunch Train, with an offer of a full refund. Again, when I called back to say I was still interested in the trip, very pleasant conversation with the person on the other end. Excellent customer service. Also, the same can be said of the D&SNG phone folks.
