Positioning of photos when composing a NGDF message is controlled by "BBCode" references to the uploaded "attachments" (AKA photos) when preparing the message to post. You can insert a blank line by simply pressing the [Enter] key after the attachment code.
Position the cursor at the right-hand edge of the photo and press the [Enter] key.
Here is a snippet of your thread-opening post:

Note that the "attachments" follow each other with no blank lines between. If you pressed [Enter] to insert a carriage return (AKA blank line) after each photo, the BBCode would look like this:

You can play around with inserting blank lines and see the effect before posting by clicking the "Preview" button and reviewing the results before using the "Post Message" button.
