Keven M. is pretty much right on:

When we (425) hauled the historic consist with 168 up the mountain with 168 last week, the total weight was calculated out..... The RPO car weighs more than the the two coaches combined. It is one heavy car.

It looks great, but it's revenue stream against it's weight load is really negative and it only has one restroom for a whole train...
