Re: Durango and Silverton 1960 Modeling

Thank you for the responses! I did not know about all these changes to the Durango yard and Silverton yard in the 60's. I grabbed my old copies of the Cinders and Smoke to see what I could find in them. Now that I know more of the specifics I want to model the year 1965 after the tracks were installed in Silverton but before Durango's yard was drastically changed. I am having a hard time of finding information on the track plan between the depot and 15th street bridge. The only pictures I can find are the south side of the yard. Also with the new tracks installed in Silverton what tracks were left in the yard around the Depot at this time? Is it the same as today or were there more spurs?
