Assuming you do mean 1960 and not 1960's, you'll need to avoid things added/changed during the years after that. Two big time periods to remember:
ca 1964-65 when the D&RGW, responding to the failure of their attempt to get rid of the Silverton, added new cars, developed Rio Grande Land in Durango, extended the track in Silverton. Examples: Track wasn't extended to 12th & Blair in Silverton until 1963, 2nd track added 64'.[1] Baggage/Express Room at Durango Depot became new waiting room (1963), 400 & 500 blocks of main Ave purchased for "Rio Grande Land" development as a "wild west town". Includes Durango & Linmore hotels(1963) [2]
Late 1960's(post 1967-68) when the Durango yard was mostly scrapped to allow for the highway 160 relocation. Water tower in may, 1967, Coaling tower in April, 1968. [1]
There are some older publications you might want to look for such as early editions of "Cinders & Smoke"(first ed, 1965), "Narrow Gauge to Silverton" (Pamphlet, first ed 1955, mine [1974 ed] cost $1 back in the day), "The Silverton, A Trip to Yesterday" (1967)[Picture Book).
1963 CRRA (#1)[included in the "Collected Colorado Rail Annual" (1974) had a 2-3 page section covering the changes going on in Durango at the time, consider it a list of what to avoid for earlier times.
