So you're saying that the sweeping rules meant to keep infection rates low have worked? That an aggressive response means the virus is not sweeping across much of the state? Good for New Mexico, sounds like their public health initiatives around the pandemic have been successful. Not running out of Chama seems a small price to pay for rational public policy.

I see no misleading numbers. They are clear as day.
