It also snowed in Narrow Gauge Country on May 24 ten years ago — see [ngdiscussion.net].

It snowed in the middle of June when I was living in Telluride years ago, but that's not so unusual.
Per locals, there are only two seasons in To-Hell-You-Ride — Winter, and The Fourth of July.
IIRC, it even snowed on July 4th about 100 or 110 years ago.
