Looks like some Colorado counties will "open" sooner than others. Ours (Larimer) got the okay to open restaurants, churches, bowling alleys, and other stuff on a limited basis, effective today. I live near one of the recreation areas here and you would think it was a normal time given the traffic on the roads today. But then again I think the residents here took the virus seriously from the start and we have a higher percentage of professional "office" employers than say the county next to us which experienced a much more serious set of outbreaks. At least I've been able to work from home for the last 2 months and our company is not in any hurry to bring us back into the office.
So, if we're lucky and people continue to be careful (which it appears they are trying hard), we may not have any major relapses. The state built a "field hospital" at the county fairgrounds that is ready, just in case the hospitals start to fill up again.
