To be fair, the D&S is not exactly in the business of 100%, historically accurate museum quality restorations. They are in the business of hauling tourists and making money doing so. They do things the old way more then most places, but their core business is to turn a profit, so their employees can be paid, and the doors can stay open. Sometimes this requires some changes that are not the old ways.
