You are absolutely right, the Golden age of preservation.

I never thought these units being 2nd generation 1982 rebuilds would ever get saved since the DBR class numbered only ten out of the 17 original DB: none of those were saved unfortunately.

Glenbrook Vintage Railway (Volunteers) just completed a major undertaking here and a steam shop at that. Take notice, D&S guys. smiling smiley
