An interesting clip. I had no idea that they ever doubled the 3000 with a steam locomotive.
It looks like its on the 3 rail between Alamosa and Antonito. IT appears to be headed toward Antonito.
I see tank cars in the consist, so It would be before the fire at the Gramps refinery.
