clarification on Can D&RGW 483 be the me too 168?

I wanted to clarify my post by stating it appears to me that the very productive efforts to restore locomotive 168 are a result of someone or a team of people that knows how to take that kind of project on and get results. Those methods and results seem unprecedented to me and I asked if those methods used could be used once again to restore another locomotive. 483 was my example as I have fond personal memories of it running on the first C&TS trains. Any locomotive number can be inserted where I referenced 483. Pick your favorite. I was not interested in resurrecting the 483/478 swap and I was quite surprised that grew legs on its own in the replies to my post
