TWO GERMANS REPORTED POISONING TAOS WATER
Santa Fe. N. M., May 17. -- The States marshal's office is investigating a persistent report from Taos Junction, north of here, that two Germans were arrested for poisoning two tank cars of water used by the residents there. Two horses were said to have died from drinking the water.

Must Increase Facilities.
Santa Fe, Aug. 26.
Upon the reprentations of the state corporation commission, facilities for handling freight at Taos Junction have been ordered improved by the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad company. At Tres Piedras a caretaker will be employed. Chairman Hugh H. Williams has returned from a visit to these points and a conference with railroad officials at Denver, resulting in these improvements being ordered.
