Well, we might get some answers next weekend (Feb 3). There is a commission meeting, and I bet your topic will be addressed. As far as I know, there are pretty much different people allocated for the locomotive vs. coaches. Funding is in good shape for now. Also, one car is being done by the Friends in Colorado Springs.
