I have two pumps that I plan to use once we get the blocked pipe issue dealt with. A 55HP OMC powered Hale fire pump rated at 250gpm@125psi, (the manual cautions against exceeding 200psi) as my suction pump, and it will feed into a Gorman Rupp pump pump with 20+hp rated 200gpm@150psi as the booster pump. Considering the 8,000 altitude affecting engine power, I am hopeful between the two pumps I can come up with at least 250psi, so it should work. Now, will the old pipe hold up to that kind of pressure and water volume after sitting almost a half century since it was last used....
