John removed the pipe section in the pumphouse that contained both the check and the drain valve. This blockage is something else, the
system was correctly configured and the valves were within the pumphouse walls as would be expected to provide freeze protection. The
blockage is interesting in that John put 150 psi into the line, a swing or poppet check with rust will usually not remain rusted at that pressure
level ie that's over 700 lbs force on the flapper or poppet.
