A correction or two are needed to my previous post.
There were three locomotives and maybe a tender that went from the E-N to the SV. the locomotives were E&P 8 (2-8-0), 9 (4-4-0) and 10 (2-8-0). The 4-4-0 #9 was originally Carson & Colorado #1 (control acquired 1900 by SP), later Nevada & California (SP) #1; to E&P in April 1907. The 4-4-0 became SV #10 and then later went to Oregon Lumber. While on the C&C the SP converted the locomotive to coal and applied an extended smokebox.
Only two locomotives went from Oregon to Nevada. These were the BLW 4-4-0 SV#15 and the Brooks 2-6-0 #5. These seemed to retain their numbers while on the E-N. The #5 was later rebuilt with a new boiler, etc. and became E-N #9.
