Great story, one quick question, how did you folks determine where to set the C&S boxcar on the ground in Como? Was there some tell-tale sign of where the cars had sat, or was the placement done based on historical images? I know we are fortunate that things like the original footings still exist for the water tank (planned for re-creation) but I didn't know if some trace of the boxcars' original placement still was there....
Sorry, one more, I know if you set a wooden object on the ground here in Kansas you end up with termites, how does that compare to the high elevation there in Como, Colorado? Will the boxcar be at risk long-term, or is it not an issue in that climate?
