Thanks,Russo.Now I know there's someone else out there that feels the same way I do.The special thing about 608 is that it is almost in its original form.The siding dates pre 1885.Why should this historic material end up in the trash dumpster-it still has DSP&P on it.Will any effort be made to replicate the unique sidiing and roofing these cars had?I think they should preserve it,using it as a pattern for a replica car.
