A good effort so far but in the interests of not continuing any discrepencies or misleading those on the internet who know no better, I'd suggest you buy or interloan from a Library the single most relevant source available, Tracking Ghost Rails in Colorado by Robert Orme. DSP&P by Mac Poor and Le Massena's Rio Grande to the Pacific are also worth looking at.
Just scanning your map quickly without any references, I note missing are the following.
Colorado Central/C&S Silver Plume to Graymont, Forks Creek to Central City... and the Gilpin Tramway. Also the South Clear Creek line is shown going through the Highway Tunnel west of Forks which it didn't.
The Morrison Branch, Silica Branch, Nighthawk Branch, Leavick Branch, King Coal Branch, Keystone Branch, Kubler mine Branch of the DSP&P/C&S. Your rendition has the DSP&P leaving Nathrop on a roadway not up the Chalk Creek to the Hot Springs and no approach across the Arkansas River into Nathrop. Others have mentioned the Buena Vista, Schwanders, Nathrop omissions.
The D&RG(W) Blue River Branch, Ibex Branch, Calumet Branch, Aberdeen Branch, Anthracite Branch, Grape Creek Branch, line changes between Buena Vista and Leadville, the n.g. line over Tennessee Pass, n.g. line over La Veta Pass, n.g. allignment West of Mack, n.g. allignment on Soldier Summit, Grassy Utah n.g. allignment, Sunnyside Branch Utah, Heber Branch Utah, Alta Branch Utah, Park City Branch, Kenilworth and Rains Branches, Scofield and Clear Creek Branch, Dividend Branch, Tintic Branch to Eureka Utah. Enterprise Branch(RGS).
Also omitted are the Leadville Mineral Belt Railway, London, South Park and Leadville RR, and Bald Mountain RR. In Utah, Little Book Cliff RR, Ballard and Thompson RR, Carbon County Railway, Kenilworth and Helper, and the Utah Railway.
