I am waiting for the first "Dog Fights" in the Chama Valley as Drones duke it out for supremacy. Lets see who can shoot down the most drones, then everyone wins!!!!

PS We still like to do it the hard way, earning our shots from good locations!!! I can still remember getting tons of audio from a helicopter in 1991 shooting the Rotary. Those things are louder than drones, but also get in the way of still photographers. We have a shot of 611 with the shadow of a drone in the shot. Interestingly the kid waited too long to launch, then crashed into some trees after crossing over the railroad!!!! While I see the advantages of operating these things, I fear that soon everyone will get lazy and do nothing but remote control photography and video!!!! Not much challenge in that if you ask me!!! Guess I am old school.
