Seen that photo before, didn't notice the booth, thanks!
What is interesting to me about this photo is the wide spacing of the tracks, maybe 3 - 6' tie lengths or 24' center to center, plenty of room out in the West, no need to build it too tight, I guess!

Very interesting about the water tanks and siphon boxes, I'll have to check historical photos I see for that.
