OTOH, the root post DID imply that access to the Alpine Tunnel is now severely restricted, and a discussion of vehicles (no longer?) appropriate for an attempt to reach the tunnel IS do some degree relevant. I do agree that the discussion has digressed somewhat, but certainly not nearly so much as has been previously observed far too often in recent times. IMHO, just be thankful that Roosso and JBWX have not hijacked it further with a debate about the relative merits of The Palisades versus The Little High Line as an optimum site for a yodeling contest . . .
