That rating has bothered me for so long. A C-19 should have the higher rating. As Doug as posted the c-19s should have been classed as 74 after they got new boilers. So they are heavier than a c-18. Plus only 315 was upgraded to run at 160psi, all the others ran at 145psi. So the other C-18s should have a lower TE. Unless the calculation for the c-18s was made with the 145psi. This would mean 315 should be recalculated.

We should get 346 and 315 in Durango and see which one can pull more.
