After the RGS, the roundhouse was owned by Sutherland lumber which has many yards and stores based out of Kansas City. Craig Sutherland was (and might still be) a member of the Friends of the CATS. He did a great job rebuilding the clerestory windows and screens on 053. Really enjoyed working with him and his son for a few years.
