Looks like your photo was taken during the Halloween trips! If anyone has children or grandchildren, I highly recommend visiting Crossroads Village for the October Halloween trips. The kids get to trick or treat at all the various buildings in the village and then get a train ride past various ghosts and spooks set up along the way. Ditto for their Christmas trains. No trick or treat, but the village is ornamented with hundreds of thousands of lights plus the train ride takes you past various Christmas scenes and tableaus along the way. If they have snow, it's magic! And the coaches are heated!
