I wholeheartedly agree with you on that one, Michael! I should know, I was an intern for the state. No one could stay out of the politics of any situation. That is why I like trains. As long as those in charge don't become like the bureaucrats we despise, I will continue to enjoy them. The water problem is simply that: the culmination of 40 years of political failure. Best we all steer clear.
