The #1 reason the Section House at Osier was restored and the Square Nail Gang put so much effort into the living quarters was to accommodate "Campers". Over the years the Commission or Executive Director soured on the idea because of the liability of hosting someone at a remote location.

If you tour the building you will find it is a lot nicer inside than is needed for the food people.

With better radio facilities, it may be more practical now. But it would seem for the railroad it would be more effort to offer this than they would benefit from it.
