Excellent advice.

Also, the tickets and chase passes are being sold via the Friends. The Friends are non profit and this should be a tax write off for tickets and chase passes.

All the ticket and chase pass income go directly back into the railroad and especially the Friends. There are a lot of big ticket items coming back to life that are very costly for just the materials.
