I doubt there's a limit to chase passes. However call the Friend's Albuquerque office at 505 880 1311 and ask. That's where you can buy chase pass of tickets.
I was out at Osier today. I took my Jeep Wrangler. Osier is at the end of the road past Big Horn and Sublette as most know. If it's dry the road is ok. I don't know if I'd recommend 2wd or low clearance on that road however. We've been luckily having good rain in this part of the USA this summer. I've been out to Osier many times this summer. If it rains, there are several sections of the road which are a mucky-clay. It is the biggest mess. Doesn't matter the vehicle's clearance or tires. That muck fills the treads of off road tires and unless one goes super slow, there's no control/handling.
Frankie who works in the kitchen told me last week he damaged his 4wd in one of the heavy rains. He needed to get a new drive shaft. He drives that all the time. So be careful out there.
