Yeah ,it was the freight train , Mike .The oders were assembled by somebody in Alamosa,probablt a warehouse jobber. A jobber in Durango took some of the orders for itself . Apparently the reefers would have a several batches of LCL orders for different stores .The front-end brakeman was supposed to help the store owner with unloading . Thge conductor gave him the invoice .
